Kaizen's kitchen is lead by Owner Jesse Newmister. Following his culinary training at Sullivan Unviersity, Jesse worked and learned from some of the top culinary talents in Charleston, SC and Louisville, KY prior to relocating to Knoxville, TN to assist in the opening of the Northshore Brasserie. Jesse proudly served at the Brasserie for over 10 years, initially as sous chef and then Executive Chef from 2013-2015. 

 

Jesse, along with Executive Chef Preston Williams, Chef de Cuisine Jake Lonas, and the rest of the Kaizen crew, look to constantly expand their food horizons, creating new dishes alongside traditional favorites.
